The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Secretary General, Sen. Hassan Omar Hassan paid a courtesy call on the outgoing Ambassador of France to Kenya, H.E. Arnaud Suquet, at his residence in Nairobi.
During the meeting, the Secretary General expressed his appreciation for Ambassador Suquet’s distinguished service and invaluable contribution to strengthening Kenya–France relations.
He particularly commended the Ambassador’s role in advancing bilateral cooperation, including the successful organization of the Africa-France Summit (Africa Forward) in Nairobi and wished him every success in his next assignment.
Ambassador Suquet, in turn, expressed his profound gratitude to the Government and the people of Kenya for the warmth, friendship, and hospitality extended to him throughout his tenure.
He noted that his time in Kenya had been deeply rewarding and reaffirmed his confidence in the enduring partnership between France and Kenya.
