UDA Party Secretary General Sen. Cleophas Malalah joined the Party leader President William Ruto and other senior Government officials in a momentous ceremony of assenting to the Affordable Housing Bill 2023.

The bill now paves way for the full implementation of the Affordable housing program, a flagship project aimed at providing jobs, decent and affordable housing plus free up land for Agricultural use.

The Program already has more than 4,500 units under construction across the republic, employing more than 120,000 Kenyans.
