Grassroots Sensitization in Western region

UDA National Treasurer Hon. Japheth Nyakundi led other in pitching camp in two counties of Western region for the sensitization exercise ahead of the party’s grassroots elections slated for January 10, 2026 across 20 counties.

Nyakundi, accompanied by Executive Director Nicodemus Bore, National Elections Board Vice Chair Veronica Chebet, members Jimmy Kahindi, Ferrah Etyang, Deputy Executive Director Higgins Mbugua, Communication Director Rob Jillo, Women Affairs Margaret Ndanyi and members of the Secretariat addressed delegates and aspirants in Vihiga and Kakamega counties, that are among those scheduled for the polls.

Enthusiastic party supporters, including locals MCA who turned up in large numbers, braced scorching sun to understand the voting process of the polls to be conducted in Bomet, Kakamega, Kirinyaga, Elgeyo Marakwet, Nandi, Kiambu, Uasin Gishu, Laikipia, Nyandarua, Kericho, Vihiga, Nyeri, Baringo, Nakuru, Murang’a, Transnzoia, Embu, Samburu and Meru counties.
