United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party Secretary General Sen. Hassan Omar has held a virtual meeting with leaders from across the country deliberating on the forthcoming grassroots elections expected next month in 20 counties.
Sen Omar briefed the leaders about a sensitization exercise set to kick off from December 8th to 19th and the upcoming polls set to begin on January 10 as per last week’s decision of National Executive Committee (NEC) and National Elections Board (NEB) meeting chaired by Deputy President and Deputy Party Leaders Prof Kithure Kindiki.
He urged leaders aspiring for positions to register on the portal.
UDA will conducts the polls in Bomet, Kakamega, Kirinyaga, Elgeyo Marakwet, Nandi, Kiambu, Uasin Gishu, Laikipia, Nyandarua, Kericho, Vihiga, Nyeri, Baringo, Nakuru, Murang’a, Transnzoia, Embu, Samburu and Meru counties.
