UDA Secretary General Sen Hassan Omar attended the Nyandarua County pre-party grassroots election sensitization exercise at Miharati Catholic Church, Kipipiri Constituency, ahead of the January 10 polls in 20 counties.
As the sensatization exercise across the 20 counties that are due for polls came to a close, the SG graced the event overseen by UDA National Elections Board Member Halake Dida, where he called on Kenyans to ditch tribal tendencies and unite, citing the need for inclusivity to achieve collective progress as championed by President William Ruto
UDA National Treasurer Hon. Japheth Nyakundi expressed gratitude to Nyandarua residents for supporting the party, while Executive Director Nicodemas Bore lauded Nyandarua County Woman Representative Hon. Faith Wairimu for her unwavering support and dedication to UDA activities.
The three-week educational campaign brought together Nyandarua county’s top leaders who showered praise on President Ruto’s government for transforming the region’s road network, a feat they said had lacked in previous regimes.
UDA’s Election Dispute Resolution Committee member Joseph Anjichi attended. Other leaders present were Ndaragwa MP Hon George Gachagua, Olkalou MP Hon David Kiaraho and Kinangop MP Hon Kwenya Thuku, alongside MCAs Hon Peter Kagwe (Ndaragwa Central), Hon Steve Mureithi Nominated MCAs Hon Joyce Munyua, Hon Naomi Ngatia,
Hon Mary Kabiru, Hon Jane Gathira, Hon Muhindi Kariuki, Hon. Lucy Kithinji, Hon. Maureen Mungaki and Hon Milka Nyambura.
