UDA party Grassroot Sensitization in Nyeri

UDA Party elected leaders from Nyeri County joined forces with Secretariat for the grassroot elections sensitization program at Kagumo Teachers Training College.

The leaders, including Senator Wahome Wamatinga joined forces with National Elections Board Vice Chairperson Veronica Kiberenge and Sam Mwangi, the Director of Logistics, to engage the local community in preparations for the party’s upcoming elections, slated for January 10, 2026.

The event, part of UDA’s broader initiative to mobilize and inform grassroots members across the Mt. Kenya region on the grassroot polls, saw a strong presence from UDA leaders and party representatives.

Other leaders were MPs Hon. Eric Wamumbi (Mathira MP), Hon. Wambugu Wainaina (Othaya MP), Hon. Njoroge Wainana Chieni (Kieni MP) and nominated MCA Hon. Wanjiku Muturi (Kiambu).

This campaign marks a critical step in UDA’s ongoing efforts to engage directly with its members, ensuring a strong, informed, and active membership base as they approach the upcoming election cycle.
