The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party National Organizing Secretary and Mwala MP Hon Vincent Kawaya put a spirited last minute campaign for the Mumbuni North Ward seat urging residents to elect Mr Mutua Misi Mutua to the Machakos County Assembly in the by-election scheduled for Thursday.
Hon Kawaya who was accompanied by UDA National Elections Board (NEB) Mary Muting’a, UDA Finance and Administration Director Joseph Mulili led a homestretch vote hunt in the ward while strategizing to clinch the seat as the official campaign period lapsed.
Hon Kawaya, Hon Muting’a, Mr Mulili had earlier in the day held strategic meetings with Misi’s campaign teams to map out the ward as well as plan on victory logistics of the material day.
