United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party’s Secretary General Sen. Hassan Omar Hassan graced the official opening of the African Political Parties Summit at Accra International Conference Centre, Ghana.
The Summit’s clarion call is for Africa to undertake a paradigm shift from politics to prosperity, which is one of the continent’s historic missions since gaining independence.
The summit taking place from the 12th to the 14th of August, 2025, aims to strengthen inter-party collaboration for Africa’s development and economic transformation.
The opening featured key dignitaries, including host Vice President H. E Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, Vice President of the Republic of Ghana alongside other heads of state and governments.
The Secretary General is accompanied by his entourage.; Higgins Mbugua, Deputy Executive Director/Director Elections& IT, Sabastian Mwangangi, Special Advisor to the Secretary General, Calolyne Bosco, the Secretary of Party’s Disciplinary Committee and Secretariat staff Mercy Kuria, Martha Keega, Gladys Chebet and John Mwaura.
