Government to engage wananchi on critical matters- UDA SG Hassan Omar

UDA Secretary General Sen. Hassan Omar promises that President William Ruto’s administration will always angage the public on critical matters of governance.

Speaking when he graced the UDA Kisii Comrade Chapter Sen Omar said the Government will operate by constantly discussing with Kenyans before undertaking any major issue.

“Kila mahali nikienda wanasema serikali hufanya kazi namna hii lakini mimi huwaambia tutasikiliza maoni ya wanainchi badala yake. Tuliahidi kusikiliza Wakenya na tutaendelea kufanya hivyo,” he said.

He said the new social health plan, SHA, and the new university funding model aim at creating equality among Kenyans, by making those with more to pay more while those with less pay less in the interest of social justice.

Other speakers included PS Suzan Mang’eni (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development), UDA National Treasurer and MP Kitutu Chache MP Japheth Nyakundi, Nyaribari Chache host MP Zaheer Jihanda, Bomachoge MO Alfa Miruka, Prof Nyasaka Machuki, Presidential Economic Advisor, Faith Norah, Director Youth Fund, Joseph Njue from the National Employment Authority(NEA) and James Maina, The Director of National Housing, among others.
