Upon arrival in The People’s Republic of China, The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party Secretary General , Hon.Sen. Cleophas Malalah led the Esteemed Delegation to the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC) and Party School of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee themed “Strengthening Party Discipline” . Sen. Malalah attended a bilateral engagement on Presentation of Basic Conditions of China, The CPC and Africa- China Relations.
The esteemed Chinese Delegation was led by Mr. Wang Heming, Director General of Sub-Saharan Africa Bureau of the IDCPC.
Later on, the UDA Secretary General had a bilateral meeting and welcoming banquet with Mr. Chen Zhou, Vice Minister of IDCPC at the IDCPC headquarters in Beijing.
The meeting centered on the collaboration between CPC Leadership School and the UDA school of Leadership on programs that are geared towards nurturing youthful leadership in Africa.
The Secretary General was accompanied by H.E Amb. Willy Bett and the Deputy Head of Mission (DHOM)- Mrs.Lynette Mwende.
